food documentary suggestions needed for son's homeschool health course

I'm wanting a few documentaries to go along with my son's health curriculum. We are going to watch Food, Inc this week. Specifically, any about how wheat/grains have changed or paleo themed ones. My son is a very science oriented kid and watching something would help him understand why, after years of being told to eat whole grains, mom is now saying something different. Anyone know other documentaries I should consider?

Thank you for all the suggestions! I'll preview these and pick out a couple for Lawson.
