Well, he has agreed to get the groceries (I've made the list), has printed out the info/instructions/rules for the boys, taken them on a walkabout refresher about water shut off valves, breaker box, etc, and will likely complete laundry and some house cleaning tomorrow. So maybe I shouldn't complain...

Yeah, sometimes I need to remember that he does a hell of a lot of stuff..

Finally all packed, took my time, as I prefer to. Cooked some stuff for the boys. Showered, as the flight is at 6am, so taxi coming at 4am...good god, that's in 4 and a half hours...Connect in Denver, get into LAX around noon, then train to Oxnard. So excited!

Today's eats (for what it's worth)
    B: coffee with coconut milk
L: early. 1 HB egg, small tin of tuna in olive oil, tin of smoked oysters. Yes, I'm odd at times.
S: after work. few macadamia nuts & almonds, one pepperoni stick
D: 2 grass fed beef patties topped with cheddar, salsa & homemade guacamole, green salad and leftover veg (roasted brussel sprout, cauliflower).
    Some wine while packing.

Hubby did get the groceries today and did the laundry. Nice. I was planning after work today to pick all the last bits of meat off the chicken carcass in the fridge, then freeze the bones for stock later...would you believe he ate some chicken and then tossed the carcass in the trash??? And from a free range healthy bird??? He now knows not to do that...

He also just bought an Ipad2 last week, so we'll have that along for the trip. I hopefully can pop in with an update here and there, otherwise, adios until next week. Planning on taking lots of photos, so stay tuned. I see on the link to primalcon on the blog the menu for the weekend...I'm drooling already.

Oh, don't have to go to Wisconsin on Easter Monday, yay.

Denver airport waiting for connection home. Hubby is the tilly hat wearing dude on the slack line, we're in the group photo with Mark winning the survivor challenge, and seen briefly in the ocean plunge (me in blue bikini).

Not quite so sore today, debating on taking tomorrow off. Face is gonna peel from the sunburn, duh, forgot the sunscreen first day.

More from home tonight, typing on the iPad is a bit weird
