Sorry, I'm sure someone else has done this before, but I just mixed it up and it's freaking DELICIOUS. I'm taking a mason jar of it with me today for pre/post workout.
I was trying to mix up something that I could use for portable energy and was bored of the usual, so in a small jar I mixed up:
3-4 spoons of unrefined coconut oil
2 scoops of my delicious chocolate protein I've been using (name escapes me)
A little bit of water. Mixed it til it was the consistency of chocolate pudding, stuck it in the fridge, and it is amazing. Holy crap.
That is all.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

I just made a quick recipe with coconut oil that rocks my world, too. Coconut oil, cashew butter, vanilla, and 2 drops stevia. Freeze in a muffin cup liner. Yes, I bring this to work and do it there. It's awesome.
