Apparently one of my dogs got out and back into the house undetected and while out they attacked a neighbours chihuahua. The poor wee mite is undergoing surgery at the moment. Hopefully he'll make it.
oh god M! that would be my nightmare. chiauauas are worth a fortune too, more than my dog which i never can work out. V's arent supposedly aggressive but mine is quite aggro. for a V that is. he will go anyone who tries to take a deer leg off him when we've been hunting and got something, he also bailed my horrid exhusband out of my leanto a few days ago when he brought the kids back early and i wasnt there. kids let the dog out out and he got in front and growled and barked and started snaking which is not a good look at all! he is a smart dog and does have a sense of humour so in all likely hood he was also playing games with the ex as he is petrified of dogs and also a very nasty person which any dog will sense LOL

hanging in here nutritionwise. probably going out on a rampage tonight so no dinner i think. i also may stay home as i got the kids back yesterday from their dad and they are incredibly tired and fractious. they poss wont want to go rampaging around the back boonies till after midnight in the mud.

exercisewise. went to the gym yesterday. we've been doing a sort of circuit with all different lunges, boxing, dumbbell clean and jerks supersetted with seated rows, heavy deadlifts, one legged leg press, leg extension and hammy curls. decline bench sit ups. loads and loads of fun. what i really like is the fact i can do it all. still managed to dodge the dread xmas weight gain altho we were having a discussion yesterday about how xmas should be the body building dream. all that food and time off to exercise.

Misabi, good luck with the wee dog. I so hope its not too serious.
Seas well done on the stable weight, and getting to the gym. I have even started walking again !!!!!!!! Woohoooooooo
Off to town today, dropping off borrowed beds, changing some ugg boots that the girls got me for christmas( too small), picking up some rice for my new Japanese rice cooker, and then digging some post holes at a wee rental we have in town. During the big winds a tree decided to topple over the fence, munting the tenants car! And the fence and gate!!!!
    The joys the joys.
Meant to be going up to waiau for tonights festivities, however i just aint feeling like it.......... And i have been falling asleep in the chair at about 8pm the last few nights. So maybe an early night????
..........also after the big melanoma episode, DH mentioned that he had had alot of tingling in the chin, where the melanoma was ( this is before we knew it was a melanoma) . He has also been told that they can tingle. So he now has tingling along the scar line, and i am concerned because his M was a very quick growing one. Ooooohhhh what to do???????
Specialists tend to be on holiday at this time of year. We are seeing the skin man mid january for another basal cell to be removed, so we will just have to wait until then, but i so hope its just a scar healing tingle !!!!!!!!!
    Must not over think this.............
    Have the best day everyone,
    G x

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

We've got 24 hours and 40 minutes. And much vodka. But a whole day to buy some tequila if I want. Happy New Year, Sea.

i made the mistake of taking the junior policewomen out with me so bottled water and home by 9pm!!! you will have to have my tequila for me. i did manage a half shot of cruzan rum which was 150% or whatever it is in american. but i got sprung by the body guards and had to get back on the water again LOL awesome sunny day too. we went jetskiing which was way way too much fun. i have delusions of selling the motorcycle and getting a jetski everytime i get near one.
