LMAO could it be me and G too? awesome sunny day here. like high summer almost. i went for a walk and managed not to sulk too much that i wasnt doing the big race. i was kinda relieved that i got to go yesterday all on my own in peace and quiet. and i still got to go fast and i got to jump the gates not have them already open which is way more fun. i was reminded too of the sins of chronic cardio as the poor runners i saw all looked so miserable. what is the fun in torturing yourself on a beautiful day like this. i am about to go get the kids and extended family is coming over so i can cook them lunch for mother's day LOL i so got that one wrong!!! but you know, the fact we can all get to sit down at a meal and have a nice meal without any yelling or shreiking is mother's day pressie enough for me. the novelty is going to take many years to wear off in fact. i will surepticiously unplug the phone just in case tho.

heya all. how was mother's day? we had this huge leg of roast mutton, maori potatoes, pumpkin, steamed veges, fried red cabbage and cheese sauce. apple pie and raspberries and cream. i cooked it all and washed all the dishes on my own and it was no drama. i actual like washing dishes lol me and little kids went for a walk in the dark when everyone else had left and checked out all the stars. we saw a satelitte and there are so many things you can see in the stars. no street lights here anywhere so all you can see is the darkness which is super cool.

    that sounds beautiful, Seas.

My girls brought me very primal breakfast in bed with two cups of tea - banana and coconut pancakes, bacon with blueberries and cream and almonds on top (ie remains of last night's dessert, lol).

I had both my mother and mother in law over for afternoon tea, it was pleasant.

I did cook lunch and dinner, but no dishes for me today

Then spent the evening facebook chatting with my middle dd about clothes. Again very enjoyable.
    So, a good day.

    Goodnight all
