you've got less than a week left before you go? i'd prob be flapping too but the good thing about exercise LOL is it is something you can control. stress isnt good for you either. the kids seem to have settled back in to school fine. they are way more tired at night too which is good. no more staying up for hours being annoying when i am trying to work.

Take a deep breath, G, drink a glass/bottle of wine, and stay calm. Nothing to stress about. If you forget anything, you can buy it here. Two years ago, I did a 2000+ mile road trip in an 18 year old car, on my own with nothing to protect me except a 14 year old cat, and nothing even remotely bad happened. I know the media makes us out to be gun toting assholes, but really, most of us don't tote guns.

great advice - however I am not really sure what I am flapping about. Its possibly more to do with cats, sheep, calves, kids at home............ etc etc etc.............
