    Anyone else using the new mda phone app? It's much better on a phone than the website.

    cant see it yet Misabi. and no sorry not from nelson. awesome place tho. i went to the port when i was away fishing a couple of years ago. i dont overdo coconut products but my local organic store sells the oil and the creamed coconut and coconut flour in bulk at pretty reasonable prices. and i get coconut milk from my supermarket. the fair traded one you get i reckon is the nicest. all work out cheaper than ordering online once you've factored freight in.

    LOL me and the personal trainer were discussing motivation today. i am actually slack which is why i need a personal trainer. all the walking i do is easy so it is not a motivational thing at all. my body weight stuff i struggle to get into sometimes but it doesnt last long so i make myself. you have the arguement with yourself in your head about how you should do it, you make excuses to yourself. blah blah and then you do a set of ozzie pull ups. coz you can always just do that. then you kinda think if you keep going a bit longer, you will have less to do later and so on. till you are done. i do also have days where i am really wanting to do it and am pissed off when it is over. i do some clubbell stuff then or go punch the boxing bag.
