Oh dear god no! There is just no way..............scuse me while I throw up in my rubbish bin..............it was that close up shot of the glove covered hand holding up a poo coated bean that did it for me................bluuuueeeeggghhhhh!

That's even worse than the maggot covered critter in the pantry story Seas!

    Bet its primal as though.

i actually figured the maggots in the pantry was better as at least they were a) on the floor nowhere near the food and b) free LOL that is apparently the world's most expensive coffee too.

squats went fine. I have never had very strong quads, and I so do not want really muscly ones either - so this is a wee experiment.
and is it nearly lunch time ????? where has the morning gone ???????

i doubt you will get really muscley quads from squatting body weight. i dont have reallly muscley quads. i do stay away from the leg extension machine for that reason. just in case i end up looking like a rubgy player when i wear shorts LOL point your feet more outwards and you will work the adductors more. and yes it is almost lunchtime. time flies when you are having fun.

Wasting my morning writing the AGM report - snore! Well thats inbetween reading links about elephant poo.

Going to pop out at lunchtime to sort out my cell phone as I'll have to be giving my work one back, and I have the shudders contemplating a whole 6 weeks without one before we go.

i am actually getting quite good at not using mine. i have no cell reception at home. the contrast is gone on the screen so it is hard to read or txt when i am driving and i am usually doing something when i have cover. i just avoid it.
