there is a website which lays it all out but the aim is you eat pure paleo without any cheats for 30 days. no sugar,honey or alternative sweeteners either and no paleo adaptations of junk food. eg paleo pizza. sex with your trousers on they refer to paleo junk food as lol their definition of paleo is no dairy either which is for me the hard bit. my plan is to do a whole 30 but focus mainly on seafood.
