    You have some hard decisions to make. When we sold our first farm in 2007 I tossed a heap of things, and really regret some of it now.... only for the fact that the girls would have perhaps wanted some of it ?????
    Anyway I don't want to add to your dilemma. I am sure that you will store what you feel is appropriate.
    What sort of classic car ???

    I made juice! I'm so ridiculously proud of myself. Here's the ingredients:

    4 stalks celery
    3 stalks/leaves silverbeet
    small handful of italian parsley
    1 small apple
    1 med lemon
    1 carrot
    1 inch ginger

    It's *a lot* of juice. . .at least one cup each! And I used hardly any veg! And, the machine cleaned up easily, too. So, that's all cool. It tastes good -- not too sweet. I could go for more lemon in it, though, so I might add more lemon next time and hold out the apple!

    Today is swimming day. I love swimming day. DS and I will have some fun. DH is going to the gym (as he always does), and he loves his gym days. He's practically obsessed with his gym days! Our food is packed, everyone is dressed, and we are basically ready to go.

    I'm so in love with this cottage. It's slightly smaller than our current place, and would fit on this lot nicely, so that's how I have been day-dreaming about it. But, some changes!

    1. make the steps side-steps onto the porch (to suit the lot);

    2. change the kitchen-L to go along the side and bedroom wall;

    3. make the two front windows the same size, and put built ins beneath them (window seats) -- kitchen side with cubbies/draws for shoes and bags and then the other side with book cases for our family books, records (records kept in a fireproof box in a basket as they are now)

    4. make the front door and outward-opening dutch door;

    5. move the bedroom windows to the back and make them french doors (opening outward to the back courtyard);

    6. add tubular skylights to the bedroom and bath;

    7. cooking, hot water infiniti, and gas fireplace!

    I think it would be pretty awesome. And maybe a porch swing or hammock out front!

    Oh no Zoe - you didn't watch that documentary the other night did you? MIL has been making the most dreadful concoctions since seeing that but she swears that it tastes fantastic. Bluergh.... Not convinced myself, I still prefer to eat my food.

    Gwamma - DH has a Ford Escort Mexico that it currently in millions of pieces with no sign of it ever being finished. He's got too many hobbies and just runs out of time.

    No, I didn't watch any documentaries about juicing. DH's naturopath put him on a juicing regimen, giving us lists of categories, and we had to include things from each category.

    I figured that I'd start with things that I already like to eat (ie, would have in a salad), and then went from there.

    For me, juice has always been a 'fun treat' not something that one would have on-going. I do not prefer liquid calories, etc.

    BUT, since it's basically prescribed, we thought we would go for it. We are still observing our caloric intake, and we're making sure that we only have juice with protein/fat as well.

    So, I had the green juice (which tasted really refreshing -- the lemon is what does it, and we'll probably add more lemon and ginger tomorrow) with eggs/butter.

    That is interesting Zoe. I can't remember the details of that doco that was on, it was one I watched a few years back about an american dude who was gigantic and sick then he decided to juice everything, he lost a ton of weight and is super healthy now. Therefore everyone must juice or suffer ill health it would seem. I'm so with you about the liquid calories, some of those mixtures have tons of natural sugars in them which doesn't sit right with me.

    hi troups - I hope everyone has has a fun filled day - many years ago when I got my commercial grade juicer, I made up a wee batch each morning - carrots, beetroot, lemon, apple and celery. Amazing drink. I would take this to work and have as a snack mid morning and mid afternoon. It was a nice addition to my daily routine - however as a sole food source - I DON"T THINK SO IMO !!!!!!!!
