Thanks lissee! I think I'm going to get some magnesium and also the "dirty" salts mentioned in that one doctor's blog re: dehydration and muscle cramps. Not having those problems but just in case. I also have been stalking Paleobird's stuff because she just seems so sensible and she mentioned coconut (either milk or cream?) as giving some the "trots". I have been testing out some coconut stuff to replace dairy and had my first taste of coconut cream yesterday. I thought WOW this is GOOD and drank about 8 oz to down my vitamins and in coffee. I think maybe that's what did it. Fortunately the "slow" guts hasn't really been too bad, just different from what I'm used to, so I think that's gonna be ok. And I hope I never have to go on the interwebs and talk about my poo ever again...![]()
