Sure, I can be in charge of taking the plastic off the pork roast and putting it in the oven. Nothing to it.

Or maybe you wanna try my gloopy neck chops?? Actually I had another go at them today, they have been reflavoured and renamed Middle Eastern Lamb. It was tasty and looked a LOT more appetising than last time, haha.

Had a spectacular three-hour tramp today - white mountain, blue sky, icy tussock grass sparkling in the sun.

It was a lot of fun, nothing like being knee deep in soft snow on a beautiful spring day.
