    Primal Fuel
B: Skipped because I slept in.
L: Skipped because I would rather fast than eat 2minute noodles.
S: Cheese, avocado, olives. Hot cocoa with cream.
D: Butter chicken with a side of butter fried silverbeet and leeks.

Yes, I made the same dinner as last night because it was sooooo good. I think we all ate twice as much - sadly, no leftovers.

Hi Annie, I tried your cucumber nibbles t'other night. Peeled and diagonally sliced one long cucumber. I put a wee slither of salmon, slice of tomato, a wee chunk of avocado and a small dollop of my homemade mayo on top. De-lish-ish !!!!!!!

and then last night I cooked up some lamb chops, just with olive oil and fresh mint on top. they tasted fantastic ! Today I will have some cold !
thank you for the inspiration !

Woke up starving for breakfast. So, grilled bacon, cheesy silverbeet omelette, fried mushroom and capsicum. Then off to the gym.

Dinner was roast chicken and kumara.

Fresh watermelon for dessert. Aaah, the taste of summer.

Have directed a friend to this website. She is soooooooo dedicated to her health and weight loss but has been going about it all wrong - grains, fruits, grains, fruit, artificial sweeters etc. Very little protein and virtually no fat. I couldn't bear it any longer so sent her the link and strongly encouraged her to read it. Twice. I hope she can get her head around the info and if so I'm sure she will have the ability to implement, she has so much commitment.

    Lost in the wilderness.

Went tramping with my friend, took a wrong turn and went half an hour or so out of our way. Stopped for lunch at which point the clouds lifted, we turned around and there in front of our eyes was the hut that we had literally walked right past.

So hard to believe we missed it, it's huge and we were so close. Overall, what a great day.
