Bottled teas tend to be lower in antioxidants than home-steeped teas from whole leaves, but anything that replaces energy drinks, sodas, and sports drinks is a winner in my book! Good on you.

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Wonderful stuff. I like to let it ferment long enough that almost all of the sugars are out of the stuff. Makes it really biting and acidic, but I find that to be a wonderful part of the allure. Drinking a brew like THAT will REALLY wake you up!
