Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar, and Survival by T. S. Wiley & Bent Formby

I picked it up because Robb Wolf mentions it in almost every one of his Paleo Solution podcasts. The book is fantastic so far.

For anyone interested in historical fiction, I just finished...and totally loved..."Halestorm", by Betty Akers. It is a fictional account of the life of Nathan Hale, of "I regret that I have but one life to give for my country" fame.

Just finished Life of Pi. Really enjoyed it - it was good to read something different to the mainstream.
