I like one good cup of coffee in the morning. Peace coffee or Inelligentsia brewed in my Aeropress. I like white, green, black and red tea.
Motivator for switching to Primal:
I haven't really switched yet, still learning.
Favorite exercise:
Rock climbing, Aikido practice, hiking in vibram 5 fingers, kettle bells, Indian clubs, club bells, and cyclocross.

quinoa, and chia seeds

I am also living in the Twin Cities, and I'm always on the lookout for new Primal friends. This seems like a natural place for a Primal community, what with all the hunting, cycling, and outdoor sport (not to mention farmers markets and natural food) there is here. Where do you go to do exercise/training? There's a meetup group, as well, or at least sort of - Twin Cities Natural Movement Group, which was started with an interest in MovNat, etc., but I'd like a dedicated Paleo/Primal group to cover all aspects of Primal living.
