My fave breakfast is half a 5-egg omelette with one large red onion fried in goat's butter and EVO, plus the leaves from 30 g fresh coriander and 50 g feta or goat's cheddar. The second half tastes great cold the next day. Smoked trout or salmon work well as an extra treat. I sometimes add fried asparagus, leek, baby courgette, rucola or spinach.
F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
Just polished off 1 pear diced and cooked up in pastured pork jowl grease (with pork jowl), a splash of lemon juice, seasoned with sage, thyme, and pepper, topped with bleu cheese.
This morning's breakfast:
caprese egg bake
Tomatoes layered with prosciutto wrapped in mozzarella, topped with 3 eggs and cream, seasoned with basil and pepper. Bake it for 5, then broil it for a bit.
