My family got a small package of alligator tail from our neighbor's hunting trip. It had already been 'cubed/flattened'.
I marinated this for about 7 hours in ACV and minced garlic.
Then I coated it in coconut oil, then coated it in a mixure of:
Celtic Sea salt
Baked at 350 for 20ish minutes
'Twas pretty good! Though I think frying it in coconut oil would be better.
I hope the images are approved soon so y'all can see what it looked like...
