Just a question...looking for some input
I have been living Primal/Paleo since March 16th of this year, I feel better, have more energy, and am as strong as ever, but it seems like I am just too thin...Almost look too frail. Is there a safe/possible way to put on some size?? I currently work out strictly with kettlebells and body weight and do minimal cardio.

Eat more, and work out hard and heavy a few times a week.
Mark has a post from a year or two back about building muscle on Primal, but I'm too lazy to search for it now.
More starch from potatoes and possibly rice; more calories... nuts and cheese can help with that.
