I take fermented cod liver oil/butter oil blend, kelp, magnesium citrate, tumeric, an herbal blend for adrenal support, dessicated adrenal, dessicated buffalo liver, a hair/skin/nails, and I just started dong quai. Seems like a lot, but I space them out through the day. Once I see some signs of better adrenals, those will stop and I might take a few thyroid support things. I need to look into supplementing with Vitamin D, but I haven't yet.

D3, 5,000mg per day, everyday or I just wind down.
Magnesium, 750mg per day because my body has a lot of damage to repair.
Garlic, every day.
Calcium now and then because my bones are in good shape and I eat bone broth everyday.

Most were recommended by a Naturopath after a blood draw. Some (magnesium, Vit-C) after some research. Just started on the Magnesium before bed, never dreamt so much.
