Hello from beautiful Devon.
I first came across MDA in 2010, dived straight in and managed to lose weight whilst feeling loads better.
However since then, life has gotten in the way, and I got caught up in a "strict 100%/weekly cheat meal" cycle which led to loads of yoyoing.
I'm now back on board. I've had enough of feeling this crap and having no energy. It also looks like there's a load more Brits on here since 2010. Looking forward to getting a journal going, and tearing this up!
