Can anyone give some guidance on the EPA/DHA ratio I should strive for? I am taking a 1200mg tablet that contains 684mg total O-3, consisting of 410mg EPA and 274mg DHA. I've read that the EPA/DHA ratio should be 2:1 but wanted to confirm.

Disregard - I found the info on the MDA site! I should have looked there first.

Might want to search for a supplement higher in DHA if you're a man. Women have much higher levels of DHA in the body, so having higher EPA isn't as beneficial to men as higher DHA would be. Has to do with women's higher estrogen levels, and men's higher levels of cardiovascular disease.
