Exercise order - HIITs, Weights and Walking
Is there an order I should be doing my workout consisting of a 15 minute HIIT session, 30 minute strength training and 30 minute brisk walking?
I think I read somewhere that doing anaerobic exercise first would burn up stored carbs, making aerobic exercise like walking burn fat more efficiently. Then again, wouldn't brisk walking be better as a warm-up instead?

I'd do weights before HIIT when you still have all your strength, and walking at any time. Before. After. Both.
