Excellent Books on Untangling the Emotional Eating Issues

    Primal Fuel
You know how I am excitable when I find a Good Thing? How I want the whole world to try it? Well, this is one of this!!!

These books gave me the missing link. I know what and how to eat; I train perfectly. And I could not successfully eat when hungry, stop when full for many years, even after I switched to the high quality, nutritionally dense foods because my mind was stuck in the old pattern. Now I feel I finally can.

Susan Albers, absolutely brilliant. About the only things I have read that explained absolutely everything plugging a person’s mind in regards to food and how to untangle the mess and overcome it! Succinct, practical and non-judgmental. Perfect.

Why use a sledge hammer to crack a nut when a steam roller is even more effective, and, is fun to drive.
