Pushups, body weight squats, and get a pullup bar you can hang from a doorway. Then as soon as possible, move to a safer place. I couldn't imagine not being able to go outside my home.
I see boston in your location. Most of boston proper I find to be quite safe minus dorchester/roxbury. Why not the common or public gardens? Christopher columbus park? The whole north end? All I have found to be very safe places for slow movement.
