Suggestions for Slow Movement inside House

I don't live in a very safe area so it's out of question for me to go on a walk. Do people have any suggestions for slow movement I can do from home?

Do you have a partner? Quite possibly the best 'slow' movement you could find.....

Pushups, body weight squats, and get a pullup bar you can hang from a doorway. Then as soon as possible, move to a safer place. I couldn't imagine not being able to go outside my home.

I see boston in your location. Most of boston proper I find to be quite safe minus dorchester/roxbury. Why not the common or public gardens? Christopher columbus park? The whole north end? All I have found to be very safe places for slow movement.

Depends on the partner. Could well be 'lift heavy things'.
