Being primal seems to be more about people that want to lose weight which is awesome, but be careful, this whole primal thing seems dangerous. Just take caution. Eat healthy, don't be a slave to "name-brand" diet.

OMG why do you keep posting? Seriously? I saw your other thread as well but didn't reply because everyone else basically summed it up.

I cannot for the life of me, figure out why you are still here posting inflammatory things and then not understanding why we all get pissed?

You are not open to any feedback on your posts whatsoever and you get highly, highly offended, and just end up attacking the people here/the primal blueprint further.

We have found what works for us! It may not work for you... wicked?
Are you trolling on purpose? Or do you just really want to turn people off this lifestyle?

Everyone has to find what works for them, simple as that, but we hang out here because this works for us. It apparently doesn't work for you... so go hang out in a marathoners/occasional bread eating/don't wanna adapt to any "named" diet 100% forum.

Eating a tiny amount of wheat gives me an awful, 'band of pain across my head' headache. Eating a sandwich would make it explode!

Why no pie tart? I made a perfectly acceptable flaky one from my PJF Kung Fu.

Last night I went out to dinner with a friend. I had one tiny, tiny piece of bread and a sesame cracker with my meal. 30 minutes later I started itching like crazy. Two hours later I was doubled over with the most God-awful stomach cramps. This lifestyle is not dangerous for me. Eating wheat IS actually dangerous for me.

Primal/Paleo is not for everyone, it's for those who have committed to understand.

I'd recommend eating a mostly vegetarian diet with some occasional meat, then, since that's what seems to work for you. I can't speak for the people who are insulting you, but I don't need you in the paleo club. Do what makes you happy.

At least i gave it a shot. Since I am training for a marathon my weekly mileage is increasing, the lack of carbs is depleting me. I also work in a warehouse doing physical work for a 8 hours a day without sitting down. I am 5' 11" and was weighing around 160, the two weeks I went primal i lost 8 pounds. I need to eat more carbs and get back to my regular routine. I truly thing the primal diet is a great weight lose program, much better than Jenny Craig, or Weight watchers if I must say so.
