Well if it works for you, great! I don't know if there's a perfect diet or perfect ratio of nutrients that works for EVERYONE. If you find that eating bread suits you, then why not?
Just don't come here and suggest primal is "dangerous". How can it be dangerous to eat meat, veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds?? It's perfectly natural and normal.

I think the problem is that I really don't understand it. I mean obviously stay away from crap food, which I have been doing my whole life. But I am still confused why grains are bad for you? I even read the whole blueprint book, it's just not sinking in for some reason.
I stopped grains because without grains I no longer need Prilosec.

Co-worker 2: Needed to lose ~55. Lost 20 from stress. Started Primal in Sept, lost 20 more, but gained 10 back on a carb spree. We're working on it.
