I need to try that. I keep looking for foods that can be consumed with bacon (sigh). We still have one and a half package left.

No, i cant fathom going without eating for 14 hours. I guess being 23, 225 pounds, pretty muscular and training my ass off has something to do with that lol.

To eaches own folks. I had potatoes and strawberrys today instead of the sprouted grain bread and its certainly more tasty ill tell you that.
I should have guessed! Only the young have such arrogance. I ate grains when I was 23 too~ in fact, I ate them with no noticeable problems when I was 33! But things have a nasty way of changing as time goes by~

So, to the young'ns, you think everything is A-OK? Enjoy your healthy young body while you can~ because nothing ever stays the same.

I wasn't healthy at 23 while eating grains, not even close. At 28 I am healthier,in better shape and have 10X the energy I did at 18.

This is how we like our bacon...if we must eat it some other way besides straight up.

Yeah, I was thin and muscular and invincible at 23 and I lived on vodka tonics, cheese toast and a bad attitude!

I say enjoy the hell out of it but be prepared. People in their 30s used to warn me about how tired I'd be, how I couldn't lose weight as easily, how I couldn't, oh I dunno, stay out til 5am and drink a river of beer and still kick ass at work the next day But its OH so true.

I had a blast but I wish I'd laid a better foundation of health for myself then.

Oooh, I'm so impressed. Go read Martin Berkhan's article below and maybe start TRYING to IF. I noticed my performance improved when I IF (and so did my blood sugars, which also correlates with *gasp* how long you can go between meals without nibbling something)
