I ate a sandwich today too. Ham and cheese with a thick spread of organic butter on freshly baked bread. It was delicious and really hit the spot.
I'll probably be a tiny bit bloated tomorrow. But no big deal.
I'll most certainly be back to primal eating tomorrow though. A little sandwich now and again isn't a big deal for me, but as a staple it is pretty much worthless. Primal eating has changed my life and brought me as close to remission as I have ever been for my severe RA.

It's a healthy lifestyle. Why is this confusing? Do what you want to do, but please, PLEASE stop comparing this to CW and putting it in a 'category'. If grain carbs work for you, great~ but if so, then this is not your forum. The rest of us are here because grains don't benefit us or our health issues. Can you just read Mark's posts, maybe learn about PB before you diss it?
