Some of the weight you are carrying could just be bloat from the fruit or the dairy.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Doesn't this trigger gluconeogenesis and actually prevents ketosis? With the fat intake close to 0.
In what way would it be more beneficial (in terms of fat loss) than ketogenic diet? Gluconeogenesis is probably the least efficient process for the body to get energy.
