Make your own flowchart of trade-offs: If you make your own raw goats milk yogurt from heritage breed goats, milked by hand into a bpa-free bucket, or better yet, into an heirloom, lead-free ceramic crock, then it might be acceptable to eat some conventional blueberries with it, but if you eat an organic greek yogurt in a plastic container, but don't recycle the container into a farm implement, you should skip the berries in favor of honey from your own pet honeybee.
Honestly, our food supply is a mess. But if you are off wheat & sugar, you're miles ahead of the game, and can relax a little. Really.
