I didn't. I got it at work for lunch. Not sure what was in it, but it was yummy.

Thanks - yeah, it's getting more and more daylight from day to day now. Energizing!

    Basics
Slept well, but got up early so I could leave work early and work out before I came home.

    Food
Got terrible hungry around 12, so I had 3 chicken boobs and a fillet of salmon. It was nom, but dry. Post workout meal was a four egg BLT omelet. Too little calories today as well. :/ I'll grab some coconut milk later on. I also had a couple of coffee during the day. With whole milk. I got to stop that shit. Thinking about initiating a whole 30 or something too. Seems like it is the shit around these parts now. I can't be any different, eh?

So from tomorrow on - only meat, eggs, fish and vegetables. No nuts, no dairy except cheese. I'll allow myself 86% in the weekends.

    Supplements
Usual oils, minerals and vitamins. Not noticing any particular effect of the recent addition of CLA except that I feel a bit warmer.

    Workout

    StrongLift 5 x 5 B today

    5 x 5 @ 125 kg / 275 lbs squats
    5 x 5 @ 60 kg / 132 lbs overhead press
    1 x 5 @ 105 kg / 231 lbs deadlift
    3 x 60 kg pulldowns, wide overhand grip for 7, 7, and 6 reps
    3 x 85 kg chin-ups, front, close grip 5, 5, 3
    3 x 60 seconds prone bridge

As usual I have 60 seconds break between the sets on the heavy lifting. I don't wait until I am "rested again", it ups the intensity.

    Random Thoughts
Had a great session at the gym today. Was horsing around with some of the other guys there. Strange feeling on how some shows mutual respect when they see the load I put on the bar and nods in acknowledgment.

Thanks for reading and I hope your day was great.

    Basics
Slept well, but got up early. Stressed to get the kids to kindergarten and school. Came late for work. :/

    Food
Some sausage, potato, vegetable mix for lunch, dinner was 350 grams of salmon fried with chili and spring onions. Served with cauliflower, broccoli, pickled beets and english cucumber at the side. Nom, nom, nom. I also had four cups of coffee during the day, and a lot of water. Grabbed a few almonds and grapes at work as well.

    Supplements
Usual oils, minerals and vitamins. 3000 mg of CLA.

    Workout
    Todays workout

    5 x 5 @ 127,5 kg squats
    4 x 5 @ 60 kg and 1 x 5 @ 55 kg benchpress
    3 x failure barbell rows @ 40 kg 16, 12, 9
    3 x failure pushups 25, 18, 12
    3 x 12 reverse crunch

    I also did 1 x 10 @ 16 kg Isolated Dumbbell Rear Flyes on each arm as well as 3 x 10 @ 50 kg pulldowns in a machine

    Random Thoughts
I am now squatting 1.5 times my own body weight. Yay me.

Thanks for reading and I hope your day is awesome too!

1.5 times my own body weight is 150kg, it makes me tired just thinking about lifting that!

I am only 85 kg so for me it is 127.5 kg (281 lbs for you metrically challenged people) - and I did it 25 times! With only 60 seconds rest between each set. It was heavy.

It is, and it is noticeable too!
