Was too tired to update yesterday, so this is Saturdays log
Slept very well, and woke late. Great stuff. Feeling rather good these days. Doesn't feel any pain or aches after training either, which is good.
Breakfast was three eggs with 150 grams of bacon. For lunch I had around 500 grams (~1 lbs) of chicken wings - yummy! For dinner I had just a large cup of half and whole milk and heavy whipping cream with cocoa. Later on the evening I splurged on some peanuts - yeah, I know bad stuff. It wasn't that exciting so next time I'll have some almonds or hazelnuts instead.
1500 mg Superba Krill Oil
No training today, but I vacuumed the car inside and waxed the rims. Planning to wash it today as slowly moving about. Depends on the weather though.
Nothing much, home alone with the kids this weekend as my wife works shifts. I am usually dead tired by the end of the weekend.
