Looks like they took the malt vinegar out and replaced it with white vinegar, which while not in any way nutritional, might not be a bad thing for people with wheat issues.
They do however have "natural flavorings" and I'm pretty leary of those.
That's the US version. The genuine one still has malt vinegar. The white vinegar almost certainly comes from corn. It does contain gluten (& says as much on the label), but not wheat.
