8 - 9 hours seems to be good enough for me.

i feel best if I sleep just about 8 hours. I tried an experiment once to see if sleeping 6 hours a day would make me feel any better, and all it did was make me want to take naps during the day.![]()
11 whole hours!! it's disturbing.
I definitely have the most energy after sleeping for around 9.5-10 hours, but that only if I get to bed by 10:30. IfI don't I only sleep 9 hours which is also fine.

I can sleep anywhere from 10 to 12 hours without an alarm clock.
