    7. But I wager that's the stress and not me.

I wake up after 7-7.5 hrs to pee. Then I am for some reason always excited for the day ahead so I can't get to sleep again. But 8hrs is perfect for me so it's close
    well then

7 hrs is perfect for me but I do nap for 30 mins 3-4 days a week, so I think I'm playing catch-up then.

We have animals so we pretty much have to stay on their schedule, and when you have a parrot screeching GOOD MORNING at 6am, your day begins whether you like it or not.

I usually feel great after a few days of 9 hours sleep. But then I start needing slightly less, maybe 8-8.5. I think I am consistently getting just a bit less (20-30 minutes) than I really need, and I catch up after a few days of free time.
Today I will: Eat food, not poison. Plan for success, not settle for failure. Live my real life, not a virtual one. Move and grow, not sit and die.

Well it's 6 to 7 hours for me. Wake up the same time everyday just before the alarm goes for during the week and on the weekend with no alarm not much longer.

6-7 I would like to sleep about 8 but I stay up too late. Have not used an alarm clock for around 15 years.

If I've been well-rested in the few days preceding, about 7 hours is optimal. If I'm sleep deprived or stressed at work, I do best with around 9 hours.

Usually right around 7, but if I've been sleep deprived during the week, I usually catch up on the weekends with about 9.
