I think it's no more than 100... maybe 80. But I could be wrong. If you're gonna put in handles it'll be GREAT. Did he reply back that it's yours? God I love Craigslist! I got a rebounder, pull up bar (which I'm trying to figure out), a leaf & branch shredder, and a pressure washer, to name just a few things... and only the rebounder cost me anything ($20). My heart was broken when I missed out on a beautiful snake with aquarium & heater by 20 minutes.

Great stuff! I've been thinking about rigging up handles on a log to do deadlifts...not sure of the geometry, but I'd rather lift garden furniture (log bench!) than "weights". Now I know where to look--thanks

Well it depends on what type of wood it is, how long has it been drying. My quess would be between 250 to 350 lbs.

You HAVE to post back how much it weighs... I'd be surprised if it's more than 100. Now I REALLY wanna know...

Again, I can't wait to find out how much it actually weighs. I went into my garage and weighed a log that looks about 30% smaller than the one pictured (using the crate as a reference) and it was only 55 lbs... it IS dry, as I said, though .

    So... we'll see...
