Imagine yourself as Grok. You're hungry and you know there is this plant growing over there (next to the big rocks, you see it?), that has these big fat yellowey-orangey roots on it. Do you think it is "Primal" to go over there and dig a few of them up to eat? Heck in the right season you might dig up a whole lot of them and stash them in the back of your cave for the days when you couldn't catch an animal on your hunting excursion. (this is an equal opportunity scenario)

It's primal as fuck. You should lift the heavies, everyone tells me to eat this sweet potato after lifting the heavies.
I'm gonna go with no...not primal. Heck its a 50/50 shot.
