Getting over illness - how to get back on track
I'm getting over the worst case of strep throat I've ever had (think steroid shot in the ER for trouble breathing) and am currently on a course of very strong antibiotics. I'm drinking 1-2 GE's Kombucha's per day for the probiotics, but the illness has put me a little off track.
My questions are: Kombucha - is this primal? And, do I need to follow any sort of "restart" or gut repair steps to get back on track? I'm way low energy, not totally well yet, and probably won't be able to think about exercising for another few days.
Greek yogurt if you do dairy, and can stomach it, and bone broth. Wait until you are feeling MUCH better to re-start exercise.
