    Raw foodism is silly. Here's why...

    I never realized how ridiculous the raw food diet actually is until I saw this video. Look at the quantity of stuff required per week! This is just madness. Feel free to fast forward to the 1:00 mark.

    yup - saw a vegan athlete recommending his diet - 9000cals/day just to get everything he needed. as a farmer this made me gulp! we're (apparently) going to struggle feeding 9billion soon...what if they all wanted 9000cals of bananas/day

    She doesn't look very healthy when it comes to body composition.
    But gosh, must be expensive haha. Absolutely stupid.

    This made me crack up! Seriously, I love fruit, but if I were to eat raw veggies and fruit all day every day, it'd be a pure diuretic for me. I would end up with her body composition, certainly - looking lean but with high BF%.

    The body will adapt to just about anything.. I would rather be a "Raw Foodist" before eating tons of grains & wings & nachos & fake food.. @ least she's eating whole foods, more than I can say for 95% of the people I see walking around..

    & yeah, her body looks good.. Maybe a little tooooo "skinny soft" but I'd work with it

    In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.
