    Hi,
im pretty new to this so just need a push in the right direction:-
I love chocolate, red wine and crisps(potato chips if your American)
what do you use to help say snack at w/ends or booze?
I like all meats but what sauce would you use to say flavour it as ketchup/HP sauce/pepper sauce is a no no.
    What about mayo?
I'v tried to drink tea with out sweetner or milk and its not nice:-(
the sweetner i use is hermesetas.
Wasnt sure about carrots as if you eat those while trying to loose weight they can knock you out of ketosis.
    Thanks in advance:-)

Snack.....I don't do, but make your own homemade chips if you want with better fats.

Homemade marinara, salsa, hot sauce, butter and garlic....list is endless for sauces.

Make your own mayo with egg yolks and coconut oil or olive oil and your favorite herbs.

Drink water and get over your sweatner habbit

Carrots are fine...If your aiming for ketosis you need some more guidance than just the PB or this forum. Try this Amazon.com: The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living: An Expert Guide to Making the Life-Saving Benefits of Carbohydrate Restriction Sustainable and Enjoyable (9780983490708): Stephen D. Phinney, Jeff S. Volek: Books. You can be ketotic and primal, but neither are inherent to the other.

    Good luck.

Water; water with lemon; club soda/club soda with lemon. Experiment with every tea you could find.
snack on crispy vegetables (celery, cabbage; cucumber; jikama; turnip; radishes) with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar; tiny cubed ham (natural ingerdients); leftover meats or small amounts of soft cheese on veggies.
get thyself a dehydrator and a mandoline and dehydrate low carb veggies into chips, like turnips, jikama and rhutabaga
sometimes have some berries and a bit of chopped fruit, preferably sourer varieties, like granny apples.
-limited amount of raw soaked and re-dried nuts

Break the habit for sweet flavors. You will be happy you did.
