Nursing Mama Macros For Weight Loss?

    Primal Fuel
So I actually tracked what I ate today, and was looking for some feedback. I ate 1822 calories, 98 g carbs, 110 g fat, 109 g protein. As a nursing mama, what should my macros look like if I want to lose weight? I do feel the carbs might be a little higher than usual (why did I buy dates??). Thanks!

How old is your baby? If younger than 1yo, I wouldn't worry about eating to lose weight just yet. I actually would think you should be eating a bit more if you are active and nursing.

I am following PBF, so a little active. I ended up having another salad with meat, so my total cals is about 2200 with another approx 20 gr protein. I can't imagine not trying to lose weight for another 6 months! Although my body suuure doesn't want to part with any weight right now!
