    Yet another stupid study. Ignore. You need choline. Funny how the symptoms of choline deficiency so closely match many of the symptoms of metabolic syndrome. One egg has 126mg of choline. An adult female needs 425mg and a man needs 550mg. Have a three-egg omelet, or have some liver.

    Blah! Blah! Blah! What else where the egg-eaters putting in their bodies? I don't see how they can isolated one particular food and come up with an answer like that. Really?? How do explain the 99 y/o guy who ate bacon, eggs and lard and smoked stogies his whole life and never had a heart attack?

    They didn't even control for exercise levels or waist size in this study. On other words, even the easy to measure variables they could have accounted for weren't considered. That's like measuring shoe size, including of children, and cancer deaths and concluding that large feet are a major killer.
    This kind of thing is a blatant misuse of statistics so basic that I'd suspect bias or an agenda if incompetence / confirmation bias weren't so common.
