Druids for the Ethical and Humane Treatment of Animals DEHTA

Wonder is they have a 30Bananas a day program?

The Druids for the Ethical and Humane Treatment of Animals issue a desperate plea to World of Warcraft players - stop killing the noble Murloc:

Primal/Paleo is not for everyone, it's for those who have committed to understand.
READ THE BOOK! ...as Robb Wolf says: "Trying to convince people to save their own ass will burn you out."

Vegetarians are the enemy of everything good and decent in the human spirit, and an affront to all I stand for -- the pure enjoyment of food. Anthony Bourdain

Well, I for one found it funny. If Murloc was the new race instead of Pandas I'd probably buy the expansion.

Man, what about the Naga?! They already have a ton of different skins for them. Murlocs are generally larger and smaller, that's it.

Druids? The druids would have been quite happy to sacrifice animals - probably by impalement on a wooden stake. Same for people, going by the literary sources & the archaeological evidence. I guess John McDougall would be horrified by the former practice but all in favour of the latter.

Would be kind of interesting to meet a druid, if one had a time-machine. Pretty unnerving too I expect, though.

I have no idea what any of this means, but it made me think of the South Park boys going into the forest to kill boars.

I am with Namelesswonder. I have long begged for Naga to be a playable race. I loved the underwater quest chain that let you be a naga for a little while. I guess they would have fin covers instead of shoes? and they'd all have to wear skirts?
It's just another day in paradise
As you stumble to your bed
    You'd give anything to silence
Those voices ringing in your head
You thought you could find happiness
    Just over that green hill
You thought you would be satisfied
    But you never will-
    Learn to be still
