This is a fairly healthy paleo splurge w/coconut flour and honey as the sweeteners. Frosting is made from a base of nut butters.

It turned out wicked good - and, for those concerned about the flour, this weighs in w/only a little over 1T coconut flour per donut. Pretty healthy (and scrumptious) for a splurge!!!
