Same ole, same ole, or switch it up?

    Just a newbie question...

So I've only been primal for a couple of weeks, but I'm a creature of habit, so tend to eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch most days.

Just wondering if in the long term, I should be trying to switch up my meals every so often for weight loss etc, or if it's ok to just keep eating the exact same things?

more than for weight loss, you should be switching up your foods to optimize nutrition and prevent boredom.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.
