Hi, I've been following Mark's Daily Apple for awhile, after having done lots of research and experimentation on diets and workouts, and his Primal Blueprint seems great, is definitely what works for me.

That said, I'm still looking at losing 25 lbs that I've not been able to lose before without starving myself, and have some health issues - had some undiagnosable auto-immune issues, now have moderate rosacea and general energy/vitality issues. Though not in terrible health, I've generally been eating primal for months, but tend to cheat once on the weekend (ice cream!), and when I tried sprints last week it felt amazing but then I paid for it with hip pain for days. Let's just say this mom of two young boys needs to get back in to shape! But ready to go for it.
