I just found a Par Course near my house. It's convenient in that all the exercise stations are grouped in one area. So I can do sprints off to side, and then work each station. Pretty cool.

Anybody else like to do Par Courses, also known as "Fitness Trails"?

LOL!!! I clicked on this because I honestly thought you were asking about Parkour, but misspelled it.

    That Par Course looks cool.

Once you learn that you create your own reality and that you are fully responsible for your life, you can begin to see the world as it is and then you realize the limitless possibilities.

Par courses ROCK! No need to sprint on the side, though; most of them are designed so you can walk or run from one station to the next, and incorporate light cardio, sprints, and some pretty intense resistance exercise all in one! I love 'em!
