The last dozen pounds I cant lose
was wondering if anybody can give me any tips and ideas..Im 5'11 and went from 285 to 190lbs thru crossfit and following the primal diet..my arms legs and back are lean and getting cut but i have a couple handfuls of fat across my lower stomach and i got the pec/manboob thing going on...I cant seem to get rid of it.. i want to get down to around 170-175

I get really leaned out doing Whole 30. I'd try that.
