Hello all,

I started eating very close to Primal when working with a naturopath for the last few months and felt awesome on the inside even though I never lost any weight. Last month I experineced a very strong PMS bout where I ate everything in sight. I couldn't believe the difference in how I felt, like crap, with the reverting. After the blitz, I am back on the program with a vengeance! I have been eating primal again for 10 days to get back in the groove and today is day one of the 90 day challenge, now that my new journal has arrived. My husband isn't on board with the whole plan yet, but hopefully he can see changes that will encourage him to try, until then my nemesis the bag of potato chips is banned!
